Account Manager

Job Description :

  • Be the primary point of contact at region for customer engagement, independently at various levels across the customer team, and the escalation contact for all key customer issues 

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs

  • Proactively identifying value opportunities within the existing customer base

  • Running continual improvement processes to drive real-time improvements

  • Introducing trigger-activated automation to the good commercial effect

  • Creating effective, high-return engagement campaigns across channels

  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform

  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

  • Manage performance across engagement channels to directly and positively impact commercial performance across core portfolios on a daily and weekly basis

  • Proactively report on campaigns, using data and insight to make clear recommendations to drive future performance

  • Driving the upselling and crossing across existing customers.



Essential Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Capable to Upsell, cross-sell 


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue generation in IT/ SaaS industry is a must, preferably from DATACENTER and Cloud Industry

  • Must have expertise in Server, Storage, Software, Public Cloud and VMWare.

  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely.
