Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
Should have experience in C2H.
Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top-tier IT talent.
Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates to the best-fit roles.
Provide a stellar candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process.
Stay current on industry trends and market intelligence to enhance recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
3+ years of experience in IT/technical recruitment with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as software engineers, cloud architects, data scientists, and more.
Deep understanding of various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent acquisition platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
