Be the primary point of contact at region for customer engagement, independently at various levels across the customer team, and the escalation contact for all key customer issues
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Proactively identifying value opportunities within the existing customer base
Running continual improvement processes to drive real-time improvements
Introducing trigger-activated automation to the good commercial effect
Creating effective, high-return engagement campaigns across channels
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Manage performance across engagement channels to directly and positively impact commercial performance across core portfolios on a daily and weekly basis
Proactively report on campaigns, using data and insight to make clear recommendations to drive future performance
Driving the upselling and crossing across existing customers.

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in Revenue generation in IT/ SaaS industry is a must, preferably from DATACENTER and Cloud Industry
Must have expertise in Server, Storage, Software, Public Cloud and VMWare.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely.
